Once you become an employee of Alera Financial, you will have access to our online loan origination system, the Online 1003. When using this tool, you can complete several pages of the loan application and choose to stop and generate a Pre-Qualification Letter emailed directly to you and your borrower.

After you have generated a letter, you can later go back and complete the full loan application including the information you have already entered. If you choose, you can complete the loan application initially if your borrower is ready.
