Loan Application Checklist

Every loan is different and accordingly, the documentation you are required to provide for each loan is different. However, a typical loan requiring full documentation will require the following information so be prepared when you start the mortgage process!

	Driver’s license or other state issued photo identification
	Current pay stub
	W-2 forms for the previous two years
	Full Federal tax returns for previous two years, if self-employed
	Asset and bank statements for previous two months to verify source of funds for closing
	Addresses for employment and residence covering the last two years
	Check for appraisal and credit report fees due at loan application
